Frank Raver is a major character in Last Window: The Secret of Cape West, who lives in Apartment 302.
Background[]
At one point, Frank got married to a woman and had two kids. Frank's family is even seen on a framed picture in his apartment. Unfortunately, his wife passed away because of an illness two years prior to the events of Last Window. Even though his children are alive, he hasn't seen them in years.
He worked at the LAPD as a detective and his boss was Hugh Speck who tricked Frank 25 years ago in a case of Condor. He told him his wife was in the hospital while Frank had to give a signal to Chris Hyde who was also known as "Gregory". Because of this trick, Chris met his demise that night in Hotel Cape West after the signal attempt failed. Since he lives in the Cape West Apartments, he wanted to find hints of a case 13 years ago to blame Hugh Speck.

Personality[]
Frank is strict, and often gets interested in visiting the forbidden rooms of the Apartment. At first he usually has a bad sense of humor and doesn't get along with people very well. He also does not take criticism in the way he raises his children. Frank has a strong sense of responsibility and blamed himself for the death of Chris Hyde for decades.
